iLoop Mobile provides support for mobile marketing services that are hosted by iLoop Mobile directly or through 3rd party parntership agreements. Support is provided at no charge via e-mail. Please note: iLoop Mobile can not be responsible for technical support for services provided by other non-partner mobile marketing services.

iLoop Mobile respects your privacy. We obtain only the minimum amount of information needed to support billing and delivering your purchases. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of delivering the service you have requested and for providing customer support. At no time will your personal information be used to promote unrelated services, or shared, rented, or sold to any third party service. iLoop Mobile will send you promotional messages only with your agreement. iLoop Mobile complies with all state and federal information privacy regulations.
